What is your Return Policy?
We stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you aren't, send us an email. Returns are accepted within 365 days of receiving your product. That's the RINSEco Guarantee.
You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. When you receive a refund, any shipping cost from your original purchase will be deducted as shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card. We'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund has been applied.
How do exchanges work?
If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your product for a different one, we'll happily accommodate you under our Good Faith exchange policy. Our team will immediately ship out the product you'd like, and give you up to 10 days to return the product with which you were not satisfied.
